The fields in an encounter note
The details submitted to Mirekudona consist of your name and email, the question you enter and your agreement to this handling. The server records an acceptance time and unique message identifier alongside them.
Storage within this domain
The application appends accepted notes to protected data storage under this site's root. Existing records survive later submissions. No message is automatically emailed or displayed to other visitors.
State used by the interface
Contact security and submission limiting use a necessary session cookie, with server session files in data. The visitor checklist and closed-notice preference are remembered through local storage on your device.
Record changes
There is no timed retention rule implemented in this package. The operator handles deletion. Use the contact page and the message identifier for requests concerning an earlier note, without sending confidential visitor or client details.
