Why the form uses a cookie
Mirekudona needs a session to validate contact requests and restrict repeated submissions. The session cookie has a functional role rather than an advertising purpose.
Preferences kept on the device
Checklist marks and notice dismissal are domain-specific local-storage values. You can reset the checklist or remove all preferences through the browser's site-data settings.
No external tracking code
The delivered website contains no analytics pixels, advertising scripts or remote font calls. Removing browser state does not itself erase a server-side contact record.
